I have not given a talk to the hearing impaired, but I believe that the National Fire Academy has information available concerning this subject. It should be on their web-site.

I don’t know if it’s still viable, but for years I referred clients to the Cleveland Hearing and Speech Center for special products to enhance Fire Protection. I never had anyone complain about what they provided, and they have an array of products for the residential market. They may provide a speaker for special functions.
