The link below is the announcement from Marshal Reardon and Governor DeWine regarding MARCS radio fees and Next Gen 911 that is proposed for the next Biennium Ohio Budget that was announced last Thursday in Lakewood and Trumbull County Dispatch. The Governor is calling it Secure Ohio Plan. A link to the Trumbull County Press Conference is attached where this was announced by the Governor and some of his staff. Millions of State tax dollars are being planned for this initiative.
