Community Risk Reduction – Mike Weller, Training Specialist – Program Manager CRR, National Fire Academy, Emmitsburg, MD

Mike Weller leads the CRR program at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, MD.  Mike developed and led a robust CRR program over a 30 year career with the Hagerstown, MD fire department.  He also served as an instructor / course developer for the NFA for many years prior to being named department chair in 2018.  Mike holds a Masters Degree in education with a focus on instructional design.  He enjoys helping others advance their proficiencies in the area of CRR.
