December Virtual Meeting

Mr. Paul Kowalczyk, Building Official for Pepper Pike and plans examiner for the City of Beachwood is slated as our guest speaker for a two hour long WebEx presentation this month.  The topic:  Code Archaeology-  Digging Up The Past.  This two hour presentation provides a focused look into several high-profile tragedies that ultimately influenced our current codes  and provides valuable insight as to why many of our codes that relate directly to fire and building safety exist.  This presentation has been approved by the Board of Building Standards for 2 credit hours (BI, BO, BPE, EPE, ESI, FPI, FPPE, LPE, MPE, MI, MECH PE, NRIUI, PI, PPE, RBI, RBO, REPE, RIUI, RMI, RPE, RPI).  BBS2020-483.
